Gratuity follows Qatar Labour Law using the service years already on the contract. The same record feeds the final payroll.

End-of-service is owed when someone leaves. If the number lives in a spreadsheet, it will disagree with the contract. Sunway calculates EOSB on the employee record.

HR and payroll see the accrual on the file. It is not rebuilt the week someone resigns.
